Dubai International Airport (DXB) suffered an operational hiccup last week as there was a temporary outage of the airport train services. In a tweet from Dubai International Airport, they issued a statement directed at passengers: “DXB will presently control the shuttle bus services between Terminal 1 and D Gates. We would like to inform you that the train is out of service, but will be fixed as soon as possible, we deeply apologize for the inconveniences.’’
During the time the airport train was rendered inoperable, air traffic passengers ensured there was a bus operating between the D Gates and Terminal 1. DXB made clear that their primary goal was avoiding undue delays at the airport.
