Located in one of the most vibrant corridors of Dubai strategically, Al Mustabbal Street undergoes a comprehensive upgradation that reflects the city’s innovation, stability and commitment to comfortable connectivity. The project is a major pillar of the Dubai Urban Master Plan 2040, which aims to proof the infrastructure of the city in the future.
Major project highlights include:
Road widening and advanced intersections to improve traffic flows
Increased access for public transport including metro and bus network
Smart traffic system to promote security and efficiency
Better pedestrian walkway and cyclist path to promote greenery travel
