A first of its kind facility in the UAE aiming to both advertise and sell Indian products is expected to open by the end of 2026. Bharat Mart will be located in Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), and will include 2.7 million square feet of retail space, showrooms, and warehouse facilities. This endeavor will revolutionize the Indian goods and services export market spanning Africa, the Middle East, and Eurasia.
The announcement came after the Dubai Crown Prince’s first official trip to India to strengthen strategic bilateral trades and investment relations between the two countries.
Bharat Mart will be popularly considered “the Indian Dragon Mart” where merchants and retail customers will be able to trade in a business-to-business (B2B) and business-to consumer (B2C) setting, transforming Dubai into the most sought after center of Indian producers, wholesalers, and retail traders, for global market access.
The new facility will be streamlining logistics and the supply chain systems while giving arms access to large and small Indian enterprises to buyers all over the world, nurturing further business integration and driving economic expansion between the two countries.
Through Bharat Mart, Dubai and India are preparing to inaugurate a pioneering frontier in trade collaboration which embodies a remarkable vision of creativity, potential, and international scope.
